Board Member of the Foundation

Who are you?

A mother of two young children, I'm one of those women who juggle work and personal life while trying not to feel too guilty! My secret? Lots of energy, good organization, and unwavering optimism.

Why did you join the foundation?

My grandfather founded Damart with his brothers in 1953. Suffice it to say, like Obelix, I was practically born into it. I therefore have a very strong personal connection to Damart and am very proud of what the company has become 60 years later. Every day, Damart employees strive to improve the well-being of seniors. The foundation was the logical next step, and I'm fortunate to be part of this wonderful adventure. Like many, I aspire to give more meaning to my life, and this was the perfect opportunity.

How do you see your role?

The profiles of the board members are all different. The idea is to leverage our experience to advise, challenge, and support the foundation's teams. Our discussions are rich, productive, and supportive. Having an outside perspective on both the company and the foundation is, in my opinion, very constructive.

What are your ambitions for the foundation?

The foundation has all the necessary legitimacy to become a leading organization in the world of senior citizens. Beyond the numerous support projects for associations already in place, I am convinced that the foundation will offer many services within a few years and contribute to changing attitudes towards senior citizens.
