Empowering every senior citizen to be an active participant in their own healthy aging.

Since 2019,
The Foundation funds and supports associations that assist seniors, their caregivers, and intergenerational projects.

WE FUND :
➤ Equipment and facilities for the autonomy, comfort and accessibility of seniors (adapted furniture, medical equipment, sensory spaces, vehicles…)


➤ Social and cultural activities to break isolation and promote intergenerational social connections (meals, workshops, outings, mentoring, gaming, reading…)
➤ Actions for caregivers: respite care, awareness-raising, psychological or administrative support & recognition of their role

The Steering Committee
It consists of 7 members, with at least one correspondent per country , and the Foundation's director . The committee meets three times a year, and the correspondents' objective is to:
Review the files submitted by employees,
Select projects that align with the Foundation's values,
Supporting mentors in their activities within associations,
To be the primary point of contact for employees who wish to get involved in the Foundation.
