ON SENIORS' SIDE FOUNDATION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Foundation's principle is to provide financial support to existing associations.
Each employee who has been with the company for more than twelve months can create a file related to one of the three areas identified by the Foundation.
The proposed project can serve an association, a mutual aid structure or a student program.

FILE CONTENTS
A presentation of the association and its purpose
A description of the project submitted to the Foundation specifying the theme to which it relates
A cover letter written by the employee who initiated the request
A detailed budget

SELECTION CRITERIA
The selection of applications is entrusted to the Foundation's Steering Committee, composed of its director and a representative from each country.
The committee meets three times a year to review applications and decide on their admissibility.
The criteria considered include: the motivation of the association representatives and the sponsor*, the number of senior citizens benefiting, the originality of the project, and the possibility for other employees to participate. The project must be completed within one year of the application.
* The sponsor is not necessarily the one who implements it, which means that other employees of the brand or other brands in the group can participate

FOUNDATION FUNDING
Annual contribution from each subsidiary, amounting to 1% of ROC, with a minimum overall commitment of €100,000 per year.
The scope of actions and projects extends to the countries where Damartex operates (France, Belgium, UK, Germany, Tunisia).
The sponsor is the Foundation's primary contact in its exchanges with the sponsored association.
He will ensure that it is valued by his colleagues and management in order to encourage as many employees as possible to get involved in the proposed actions or to think about new opportunities for its development.
The sponsor agrees to follow the project throughout its duration and to produce regular reports on its progress.
He will immediately inform the Foundation if the project encounters difficulties in its implementation or if he finds that the money is being misused.
