Les Babalias

Personalized support: Les Babalias is an association created by the European Grandparents' School. Surrogate grandmothers support expectant mothers who live far from their own mothers.

These surrogate grandmothers become Babalias and share their experiences of motherhood, reassure expectant mothers about their fears, and help them prepare for motherhood.

Supported project: The Foundation contributed to the project's launch. It enabled the association to fund the training of new Babalias as well as the creation of the logo and business cards.
