Association: La Cravate Solidaire
La Cravate Solidaire Lille aims to combat the growing number of senior job seekers by supporting 80 job seekers over 55 years old in their job search through its "Boost Workshops." These workshops consist of four stages:
An initial welcome to understand expectations, identify any obstacles that may hinder the job search, and build the participant's confidence.
An image coaching session with the selection of a suitable outfit.
A mock interview and support in crafting a presentation that inspires confidence in the recruiter.
A professional headshot for the CV and a more playful photo to help the candidate enhance their CV and create a positive memory of their time at La Cravate Solidaire.
Supported Projects:
2023 Boost to Experience: Supporting Seniors Towards Employment
