Which association do you sponsor? How did you find out about it?

I've been sponsoring La Cravate Solidaire for a year now, specifically the Lille branch. The association is present in 13 cities across France! I learned about the association on LinkedIn, through a shared partnership with another textile company in the North.

I first became involved as a volunteer in Image and HR.

Why do you support the association?

La Cravate fights against hiring discrimination and helps people reintegrating into the workforce find employment, echoing the well-known saying that "clothes don't make the man, but they certainly help." Having gained part of my professional experience in Human Resources and the other part in Fashion, this mission brings together two important aspects of my career. It was only natural that I wanted to get involved, this time through the Foundation!

In a few words, how does the Foundation help the association?

Since France has the lowest employment rate of older workers in the European Union, it seemed only natural to me that the Foundation should help seniors return to the workforce! It funds support for 80 job seekers over 55 years old during the "Boost" workshops.

If you could describe your experience with the association in one or two sentences…

Bringing the non-profit sector into the workplace is an opportunity to give even more meaning to one's job. I am delighted to collaborate with the Foundation and I hope that many fundraising campaigns and projects await us!
