The Association: Apréva works diligently to support independent living. They currently operate seven nursing homes (EHPADs) and dedicate their staff to promoting the well-being of seniors.

Supported Project 1 (2021): Healing through Horticultural Therapy

The project's main objective is to foster intergenerational connections between residents and their families by developing a therapeutic garden and cultivating a shared "wellness" garden at a senior residence in Leforest, Pas-de-Calais.

The Foundation funded the purchase of a therapeutic pool for the garden.

Projects Supported 2 (2020):

Apréva twice approached the Foundation to acquire Mélos kiosks, a music kiosk that allows residents to listen to songs, play music quizzes, enjoy karaoke, and more, thus bringing them together for a shared activity.

This kiosk also has therapeutic benefits for people with Alzheimer's disease thanks to the numerous memory games it offers.
