The Clos de la Brette residence houses 38 elderly residents whose level of independence allows them to live alone while benefiting from the security and community atmosphere the residence offers. The residents frequently express their desire to get together, share experiences, and meet others through various activities.

The Snoezelen-style wellness room addresses the needs for sensory stimulation, pain relief (particularly in the context of chronic illnesses), intergenerational interaction, and sharing and exchange… A haven of rest, sensory journey, and mental relaxation. The benefits of Snoezelen techniques are well-known and recognized, and are relevant for both children and adults. The space and its furnishings represent genuine therapy for individuals through their various virtues: fostering or strengthening social connections, providing a place for interaction, regulating emotions, and offering a space for rest and relaxation…
